  • My local service area includes Reno-Tahoe International Airport (KRNO), Reno-Stead Airport (KRTS), Carson City Airport (KCXP), Minden-Tahoe Airport (KMEV), Truckee-Tahoe Airport (KTRK), and Lake Tahoe Airport (KTVL).

  • Training in the Reno, NV area is preferred, but I can travel to your location to provide flight training for an additional rate of $250/day plus travel expenses.

  • Yes, you must provide the aircraft for training. I am also unable to provide training in multi-engine aircraft or sea planes at this time.

  • You must be available for a minimum of 3 lessons per week for 14 weeks for private pilot and 3 lessons per week for 6 weeks for an instrument rating.

  • I can provide training in any FAA registered single engine piston or turboprop aircraft with tires. No sea planes or multi-engine aircraft.

  • If you are able to act as Pilot In Command of your aircraft, no. If not, I will either need to be a named insured on your policy or receive a waiver of subrogation from your insurance company.

  • Private Pilot: $7,500 due at contract signing. $3,750 due 30 days after signing. Remaining $3,750 due 60 days after signing.

    Instrument Rating: $7,500 due at contract signing. Remaining $7,500 due 30 days after signing.

    3-day courses: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and the remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to training.

    Single day courses: Payment is due in full upon training completion.
